 We
build 3 season rooms made of wood, built on site. Our rooms are 3 season
without heat, and 4 season with any heating source of your choice (gas
fireplace, wood or pellet stove, baseboard, etc...). You can use it year
round, it is a full addition. It is fully insulated from the windows and
doors to the walls, ceilings and floors.
All of our crews are our own. This means quality work at a competitive

MA. Therefore, we can cover as far north as southern New Hampshire, as far
south as Cape Cod and as far west as Worcester.
We can build your room on an existing deck as long as it is structurally
sound and up to code. Or we can build it on a cement pad, or if you don't
have a deck, we can build that too.
Our rooms are made to look part and parcel to your existing house. We match
your siding, whether it is cedar shake, clapboard, vinyl, etc.. We match
your roof shingles as close as possible. When we are finished, we want it to
look like it was always there, not like you have a white aluminum structure
stuck on the back of your home.
Your new room can be whatever you want it to be. You can have as many
windows, doors or wall space as you want. Do you envision a place outside
your new room to barbeque, or lay out in the sun or maybe a wrap around deck
with a unique railing? We do that to. And of course you have choices when it
comes to your decking material. There's pressure treated, vinyl, composite,
cedar, mahogany, etc...
We will draw all plans, pull all permits and work with you to make this room
what you've always wanted. When you decide you want to do a room, we can
take you out to look as a past customer's room in your area so you can see
our workmanship, talk to our customers and be confident in your decision to
do business with us.
